Caulonia market is every saturday at 7am until 1pm. It is situated in front of the main post office next to the public gardens. You can buy clothes, shoes, bags, household goods, ornate lamps and light fittings. In addition, there is a huge fruit and vegetable market and a lady selling roast chicken on the spit.

If you are taking a self catering holiday in Caulonia you will pleased to find there are 3 well stocked supermarkets. The main one is next to the Amusa development in via Pitagoras. You can get a card from them and take full advantage of the special offers they have regularly. If you are buying any dairy or meat products from the counter then you need to obtain a ticket first and according to what number comes up, the customer will be served. They avoid this if it is quiet. There is a large car park which you can also use to exit the town. There is a small Sisa supermarket for daily essentials next to the Moonlight bar and another as you go under the tunnel to get to the beach. There is a large hypermarket on the main road before you get to Siderno.

The garden centre Pianeta Verde is situated at the back of Amusa. It has a good selection of plants, flowers and garden ornaments. Most shops are open from 9am to 1pm and then 5pm to 8pm. There is also a huge DIY and garden centre near the hypermarket on the road to Siderno.
